Food – and fuel – for thought

New companies are, almost daily, seeing the three-way benefits of Aspen alkylate petrol – 4-stroke and pre-mixed 2-stroke – to the environment, people and machinery.

It’s free of benzene, aromatics and hydrocarbons, which makes it better for workers’ and the planet’s health. It deteriorates after around five years as opposed to 30 days for regular pump fuel. Machines work better for longer.

From aquaculturists to zoo keepers, interest in Swedish-produced Aspen alkylate petrol is growing since Anglo American Oil Company Ltd took on its new environmental adviser, Jon Walthall.

Jon has been on the road – using EcoPar diesel alternative, another environmentally-friendlier Swedish product – nearly constantly since mid-December developing the company’s partnership with existing progressive customers such as the Royal Botanic Gardens, Scottish & Southern Energy, the City of London Corporation, London Zoo and Whipsnade Zoo, Oxfordshire County Council, Woodland and Wetland Restoration and the National Arboretum.

Other environmentally-minded organisations – the Leicestershire & Rutland Wildlife Trust and Longleat Enterprises Ltd – are also well-known customers and interest is being shown by the North of England Zoological Society and Howlett’s Wild Animal Park.

These are exciting times for anyone with an interest in looking after the environment, bettering the health of their employees and extending the lifespan of their machines.

Now that really is food for thought.

Contact Jon today and ask about Aspen alkylate petrol and how you can help.
